Declaration of Dividends 2023 ^NEW

The 28^th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25^th August 2023, approved the declaration of dividend of Tsh. 50.00 per issued and fully paid up shares for the year ended 31^st December 2022.

The Board of Directors of TOL Gases Limited is delighted to announce that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on 19^th August 2022, approved the declaration of dividend of Tsh. 40.00 per issued and fully paid-up shares for the year ended 31^st December 2021.

The following is the timetable for dividend payment:

Announcement of Dividend Payment: 19^th August, 2022
Trading of Shares cum Dividend: 19^th August 2022 – 9^th September 2022
Trading of Shares Ex-Dividend: 10^th September 2022
Closure of the Members Register: 14^st September 2022
Re-Opening of the Register: 15^st September 2022
Dividend Payment on/or about: 15^th October 2022
Dividend will be paid directly to shareholders bank accounts.

Declaration of Dividends 2019

The Board of Directors of TOL Gases Limited is delighted to announce that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on 28th June, 2019, approved the declaration of dividend of TZS 17.37 per issued and fully paid up shares in line with the Company’s Revised Dividend Policy. Total dividend of TZS 1.0 billion will be paid out for the year ended 31st December 2018.
